We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Accepted Return reasons:

Damaged Item

Not receiving the item order incorrect order

Rejected Return reasons:

Change of Mind or any other reason that is not mentioned in the Accepted reasons section.

(most of our products are not in stock and are manufactured based on the client order)

 

The customer is responsible to have all associated parts returned in the same condition in which they were received at their own expense / liability, unless a claim has been pre-approved by Bodykits.ae . In any instance of parts being sent to repair due to road hazard and / or third-party handling, will void this warranty unless otherwise stated.

To start a return, you can send us an email to sales@bodykits.ae . If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be promptly followed upon.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Production Policy:

Payment and Production Initiation:

  • Once payment is received, production begins immediately.
  • If payment is received in the afternoon, production starts the following morning.
  • All orders are final

Non-Change Clause:

  • Production specifications cannot be changed once payment is received and production has commenced.

Production Timelines:

  • Production timelines are calculated from the moment payment is received and production begins.

Communication Protocol:

  • Clients are encouraged to finalize all production details prior to payment to avoid delays or complications.

Exceptions:

  • Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval from management.

Shipping 
All shipping & handling costs are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated, after the item has been shipped.  Once order is placed we will contact customer to confirm ship options available and additional payment dependent on availability of item.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized customization's) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
